Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend.

• Students who book into a class but cancel the booking within 3 hours of the class start time will be charged a 100kr late cancel fee.
• Class cancellations can be made via the MindBody app and our website.
• Class cancellations can be made up to 3 hours before the class start time without incurring a fee.

Cancellations can not be done via phone, email or social media.
